Due to our failing bulkhead, the association is in the planning phase of restoring the waterfront. If we do not restore the waterfront, the assocation will be looking at hefty fines so we must restore it.  

Please note that in addition to careful spending by the board, the $40 a year Reserve Fund increase approved in 2017 is paying for this project.

Due to costs increases we are scaling back the scope of the project and will going out for new bids shortly.
